Samples

My Collection: For £5 I can post you a sample card to show the picture & card quality. The £5 will be refunded when an order is placed. Alternatively, I can e-mail you a FREE Jpeg or PDF sample.

Once an order has been placed I will e-mail samples at every stage of the design process, for you to approve or make changes, before going to print.

Discounts

My prices include a quantity discount, so the more you buy the more you save. I offer an extra 5% discount on orders over £300. For large orders, please contact me as further discounts may apply.

Delivery

On average delivery costs £10, but as every order is different delivery is prices according to the weight of your order.

Free delivery is available for orders within 5 miles of Yatton, North Somerset.

Paper Information

My Collection: Save the date, Invitations, RSVP's, Guest Information, Order of Service/Day, Menus, Place Settings & Thank yous, are printed on 350g Tom & Otto paper for images & text. (Attractive visual appearance with excellent colour reproduction & contrast. Environmentally friendly.)

My Collection: Table Plans & Table Names are printed on 200g high resolution heavy weight medium gloss paper. The table names are also laminated & cut by hand.

Bespoke Stationery: Other papers & products are available on request. If you have an idea please contact me for a FREE consultation.

 Extra Product Information

Save the Date

Save the Date cards are a good way of letting your guests know the date of your wedding, way in advance. It is especially useful if your wedding is in the school holidays or on a bank holiday.

Other products/papers available on request (ie: fridge magnets, stickers).

Wedding & Evening Invitations

Your wedding invitations are an important part of your wedding as they are usually the first impression your guests will get of your special day.

It is advisable to send out your invitations no later than 6 weeks before your wedding, but the sooner the better. I would personally advise sending out invitations about 3 months before your wedding, giving you time to produce the table plan & place cards once you've informed your venue/caterer of final numbers.

When ordering, allow one invitation per household or family plus a few extras for mistakes and late additions.

Guest Information
Guest Information cards are a good way of letting your guests know extra information (directions, accommodation, taxi's, gift list, etc).
When ordering it's advisable to order the same quantity as your invitations.

Reply Cards

Reply cards give your guests the chance to reply quickly with little effort, you can even pre-stamp them if you wish. (I sent RSVP cards with my invitations and I loved receiving them back.)

When ordering it's advisable to order the same quantity as your invitations, however if you decide not to include them your reply details will be added to your invitations.

Order of Service / Order of the Day

Order of Services are used as a guide for your guests to follow hymns & prayers during your wedding service. If you're having a civil ceremony an Order of the Day can be used instead.

I offer an A5 Order of Service/Day card. If you would like something different (ie: cover with a paper insert or a single sheet of wording), please contact me.

The wording in your Order of Service/Day will be totally unique to you but I can offer wording templates as a guide. You will also need your bespoke wording approved by your church or venue before going to print.

When ordering, I would recommend a minimum of one per couple plus a few extras for the wedding party and if applicable, the choir & extra ceremony guests.

Menu
My Collection: I offer two types of menu, an A6 tent card and a traditional A5 stand up card. If you would like something different, please contact me for a FREE consultation.
The wording of your menu should be approved by your venue or caterer before they go to print.
When ordering, I would recommend one to four per table of ten.

Place settings

I offer a simple business card style place card, left flat & blank for you to fold and add your guests names. If you would like something different (name tags, glass tags, personalised napkins etc), please contact me.

I can hand write &/or fold your place cards for you.
When ordering, you should order one per guest including the bridal party plus a few extras for mistakes or late add ons.

Table Plan

Table plans are a good and easy way of directing your guests to where they're seated. I can design a table plan to match your stationery or I can design one that shows your personality. (I've previously done Honeymoon destinations, local pubs, Australian landmarks & Harley Davidson Motorbikes.)

I offer an unmounted poster style table plan. You can either stick it to a wall or mount it on a board to display on an easel, (your reception venue can usually provide an easel).

For weddings local to Yatton, North Somerset, I also offer a setting up service. I can mount your table plan & deliver it to you or your reception venue. You can also hire one of my easels if needed. 
Please order at least 3 weeks before your wedding to give plenty of time for printing & delivery. Please contact me if you need it quicker as I can normally turn things around quicker if needed. 

Table Names/Numbers

Table names/numbers guide your guests easily to their table, I will design them to match your table plan.

I laminate & cut Table cards by hand. They need to be displayed on a table stand, please note, I do not supply the stands but your reception venue can usually provide them).

When ordering you will need one per table.

Thank Yous

My Collection: I offer two types of Thank you card, a stand up card or a postcard style card. Both are left blank for you to write your own personal message.
